Goals: Transform Livrichy's web presence into a cohesive brochure| Reflect the brand’s luxury tone through layout and visuals| Provide both print and digital versions for client use.

A high-end real estate brochure designed for Livrichy using the brand’s established website as a foundation. The brochure applies a sophisticated black, white, and gold palette, paired with clean typography and structured layouts to present property listings in a clear and elegant way. Both print-ready files and a scrollable digital prototype were delivered.
